This coffee is a decaffeinated washed lot sourced from five farms in the Huila region of Colombia, between 1,600 and 1,900 meters above sea level. Varieties grown include Castillo, Bourbon, and Colombia. The decaffeination uses the Ethyl Acetate (sugarcane) method applied at the parchment stage, followed by drying, cooling, polishing, and packing.
